CORE Workshops provide additional content and programming beyond the CORE Foundations Course. Some of the CORE Workshops expand on topics covered in the CORE Foundations Course, such as the CORE Jump Training and Plyometrics Workshop and the CORE Functional Strength and Resistance Training Workshops.
Other workshops cover CORE Programming using specific equipment such as the Resistance Bands, Big Blue Stability Cushion, or Medicine Balls. While other workshops are geared towards working with athletes in certain sports. Such as the CORE Distance Running Workshops and CORE Dryland Training for Swimmers Workshop.
